Some time ago I changed the theme of this blog. The change altered typefaces and some code, as well as the general look of the pages. As a result, various typographical problems have appeared in some early posts. I had thought to edit the posts in question and remove the problems, but I have decided not to do so. So — to anyone who is moved, for whatever reason, to read those early posts: I apologize for the typographical difficulties. They aren’t intentional, but then all typos are unintentional.<\/p>\n
ADDENDUM: I have been very disappointed with Internet Explorer 8. It’s incredibly slow in loading new pages. I use Mozilla Firefox<\/a> for almost all my bogging now. This blog reads much faster in Firefox or in Apple Safari<\/a> than it does in IE.
